July 23rd - 26th, 2015
Better start stretching those festival muscles
, because this year’s Ossipee Valley Music Festival promises four full days of dance-tastic, family-friendly bluegrass, acoustic, country, and folk, from July 23 to 26.
Located in South Hiram, only 45 minutes west of Portland and 2.5 hours north of Boston, the Ossipee Valley Music Festival has been attracting international performers to Maine since 1999. Now, it’s one of the largest roots and americana festivals in New England, and features organic local food, free admission for kids 17 and under, and free tenting or RV’ing without hookups (hookups are only $10/night/site)!
This year’s musical line-up includes The Travelin’ McCourys, The Lonely Heartstring Band, and International Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame inductee Doyle Lawson.
Further information about this year’s festival will be released at the
end of February, when the renovated website goes live.
In the meantime, stay connected through our Facebook or buy yourself some tickets!
And remember, keep stretching. With this much fun coming your way, you’ll want to be ready.
